Eddy Marin has over 20 years in the real estate industry.
Eddy Marin began his mortgage experience for his father’s mortgage brokerage where he quickly fell in love with the industry. Eventually, Eddy joined Prudential California Realty – Mulhearn Group as a real estate agent. It was not long for Eddy to make a name for himself within the company, and soon took on a number of high profile projects which included training over 2,900 real estate agents within the organization.
After moving to Nicaragua, Katina joined Eddy in performing a wide variety of real estate functions, including transaction coordinator, marketing, and community manager for all social media outlets. Together they built an online real estate auction platform which was the only real estate brokerage in Nicaragua that required exclusivity from their sellers.
