Thanks to Edgar we were able to wend our way through the process and end up in a wonderful home here in Auburn. We enjoyed touring the area and seeing various properties with him, and appreciated his candor as we looked at the houses and neighborhoods. He truly seemed to have a very good read on what we would be happy with, and we when we found it he was most helpful in keeping the purchase moving along. We highly recommend him!

His energy and enthusiasm were remarkable. I can't honestly believe that any other agent could have sold our home under more favorable conditions.

Edgar Gosolvez provided us with a wonderful home purchasing experience and worked hard to give us with facts and opportunities to weigh options. We could rely on his knowledge of this area and his great contacts for mortgage broker, home inspection and title company. We came to him with our ideas and he kindly listened and then he treated our home purchase as though it was his own. With suggestions, warnings, options and reminders, he helped every step of the way but never imposed his own will or opinions. He made it a perfect experience and when it comes time to sell or purchase in this area, we will call him. Edgar Gosalvez is a wonderful professional....and someone we now consider a friend. We can highly recommend him without reservation!

He is knowlegable, kind, honest and easy to work with. We felt he had our best interest at heart and got us what we asked for. Cody was always reachable and made himself available to us around our schedule and during hours that others realtors may not be available. Cody has a great local knowledge of the area he services and was able to provide insight and answers to questions that could only be answered by someone who lived in the area their whole life. We would definately work with him again and highly recommend Cody for anyone looking for an honest and true realtor.
