Ed Mach is a fantastic real estate agent. I was relocating to a new city that I was not completely familiar with and Ed was a huge help. After looking at many properties and having a deal fall through I bought a property that I had not seen. Ed looked at the house for me. It wasn't an easy tranaction, with both the buyer and seller living out of the city that the property was in. Ed was extremely helpful in getting everthing done. From inspections to finance issues Ed was there for us. We love our new home and city. I can't imagine a better agent.
Our experience has been excellent from the start. Edmund goes above and beyond for his clients and guided us through the whole process. Edmunds professionalism and knowledge was very helpful in finding the right place for us. In my experience, the one thing that separates the great ones from the average realtors is the ability to listen and translate wishes and demands into listed houses that are worth looking at. I would recommend Edmund to anybody that is thinking of finding a new place to live.
