He is a landlord of several properties, I rented from him for two years and was never late. He is a bully and is rude. He talks over you and he made me get rid of my puppy for my special needs son. He lied to potential renters about the condition of the unit in front of me and I was the current tenant at the time. I moved out cleaned and painted the unit and he has yet to return my $3300 security deposit. He will not return calls, texts, or emails. I even reached out to the realtor that assisted him. He said he would help but nothing. I have reached out to my attorneys to being the process of taking him to court for my deposit and interest.
