Eduardo was such a nice person. During my house hunting with priority lending for months, I was later introduced by Eduardo to show me homes that works with my budget. Eduardo became a very nice person. He was a good listener, a mentor and a good adviser. He will never rush his clients even if there is another appointment waiting for him, nor heard tone that you don't like. He was very patient with his clients. I am very punctual when it comes on appointment time. But when he gave you time, he will be there waiting for you as early as possible. Redfin will never regret him joining their team.

Eduardo Vargas is fantastic. Got us tons of places to see, and when we found one we wanted, got us in the house at budget with stellar financing from their in-house affiliate team. Went from "looking" to moving in in about a month, which apparently is unheard of. After talking with hundreds of people, apparently all elements of our home purchase were unheard of as far as ease, turnaround time, and pricing. All around awesome.

I have bought other homes before, and those experiences were very blah. I had to do all the research on my own and be really involved with negotiating the price. I know it was necessary, but I did not like it, even if it was something that needed to be done. With Eduardo, he went out of his way to tell me what listings were coming up and see if those listing were within my price range, and he was always available for any questions I had. I still do not like all the busywork of buying a house, but if I have to do it again, I will be sure to call Eduardo. Based on my experience, I think he would be a great resource for any home buyer, but he is so patient and willing to explain things, that I bet he would be a great resource for a new home buyer.
