Few Real Estate Practitioners anywhere have the depth and breadth of education and experience that Ed brings to the profession. Ed started his Real Estate Experience in 1976 when he became a Real Property Right-of-Way Agent with Sierra Telephone. For the next 24 years he purchased land and leases; procured easements and rights-of-way; and obtained permits from various government agencies at national, state, county, and district levels. He portioned land, wrote legal descriptions, drafted documents, and coordinated activities with Land Surveyors, Title/Escrow Officers, Developers, Builders, Contractors, Public Officials, Appraisers, Attorneys, Engineers, Agents, Brokers, and other land services professionals.
