Eddie is a very knowledgeable and helpful agent. Even though I am one of those high strung clients that needs to have their hand held, he was there for me. He found me a house I never even thought I could afford and he made it possible! Although I was checking Zillow on a regular basis he found my dream house and I never even saw it on there because I thought it was out of my price range. Due to his extensive knowledge of the area, he realized the true value and was able to get it at a good price. He also did a really good job at selling my house in a timely manner. The guy could sell Ice to Eskimos. I have already had several friends use him because of my recommendation.
