Edwin has been an incredible realtor to work with and I'd advise everyone to reach out to him to help. What separated Edwin from others was his patience in helping me find the perfect home. Before real estate, he was an instructor so he's naturally extremely patience and can supply exceptional explanations to everything related to the process. After viewing many houses, submitting several offers, and even canceling one offer after a failed inspectoin, Edwin and I finally found the perfect home. To add the icing on the cake, he encouraged me to view three other houses in the neighborhood that same day for comparison. With Edwin's help, I'm left with zero doubt that I have the perfect home, and I would never have though I'd make a friend in the process. I couldn't have had a better experience buying a home and I own it all to Edwin.

Friendly, responsive, family-oriented, and very neutral . Edwin was always taking care of our questions and would respond extremely fast, even after we closed we had questions and he was more than willing to help us. He gets to know his clients and what they are interested in, and remains neutral when showing you places (just gives you the information). Even when we tried to fish, like what do you think, he always made it about us, and in the end, I think that helped us a lot. Highly recommend Edwin.
