It was such a pleasure working with Edwin and the Liddie Real Estate Group. My initial contact with him was over the phone and we discussed my needs in a home and my budget limitations. He was very personable and I felt like he truly listened to my concerns, wants and needs. During our first meeting we viewed three homes which reflected what we had discussed and the third home was definitely a charm! It is pertinent when starting the home buying process that you are working with a real estate agent that is an expert at his/her craft. Edwin is definitely an expert and walked me through the entire home buying process. He is a master with contract negotiations and knowledgeable about resources that was available to me. He had the eyes of an eagle during both walk throughs and ensured NOTHING was missed.
