In our pursuit of both buying and selling a home, we wanted a realtor who was well versed on identifying our needs and directing us to quality homes that might best suit us, as well as being familiar with the particulars of the amenities of each house that we chose to visit. Being able to share the attributes of a particular neighborhood is also very helpful. Eileen fulfills all of the above and is well versed in real estate contracts. She represents your best interests in your negotiations.

She always seemed willing to do whatever needed to be done to move us through the process of finding a home. At the same time, she guides, she does not push.

Simply put, you will not find a better realtor than Eileen. Customer service is the name of her game and she sets a very high bar. She goes above & beyond any way she can. To sum up our experience...We found out we were moving to the Orlando area and wanted to make it happen fast. Eileen spent a lot of time on the phone with my wife to understand what we were looking for. We planned a weekend house-hunting trip to view Eileen's recommendations. 23 hours after landing in Orlando, we made our choice. We closed and completed our move in just slightly over a month. She stayed on top of our builder to finish according to our timeline and helped make sure we met all the formalities so there were no hiccups. The whole experience was so smooth and would not have been so if not for Eileen being the ultimate professional that she is. Needless to say, I highly recommend Eileen!

My husband and I chose Eileen strictly on how attentive, tenacious, and persistent she was.... and we saw all of this BEFORE we requested that she become our realtor!!! Eileen was very responsive to our requests,needs and desires and when the time came, she expertly guided us through the process of writing the strongest offer and even moving through the period of negotiation in order to help us attain a status of being "under contract!!!!" Once that happened Eileen was perfect at making sure we were on schedule with things such as getting the home inspection done as well as making sure the appraisal was scheduled and then finally she surprised us with the wonderful gift of a 1 yr home warranty policy!!!! That really set our minds at ease. Eileen did not disappoint us, she was everything that we saw before securing her as our realtor and even more than we even imagined after she said yes! I was appreciative especially of her use of technology, knowledge of the market (specifically specialized programs to assist both buyers and sellers) and availability for my numerous questions. Without a doubt I would work with her on future investments and refer her to family and friends.

April 17th, 2013 Eileen Eskew was our first choice in realtor when my husband and I were looking for an investment property . We told her the county we were interested; in which she knew well. She took the time to find out what our goals were. Eileen showed us a lovely development that was just being offered. She helped us get a beautiful lot there. We got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend Eileen Eskew to anyone who wants a friendly, intelligent and hardworking agent.

During the time we were under contract we were not living in the home and she was always willing and eager to meet whenever we we needed to come to the house to get it ready for the final walk through.

April 22nd, 2013 We would happily recommend Eileen Eskew to any potential clients in the Orlando vicinity. We were looking to relocate from NJ to FL, and Eileen went beyond the normal things one would expect from a real estate agent, and proactively looked into other issues that we would be interested in, such as employment opportunities, schools for kids, best commute times and routes, neighborhood safety issues, etc. Her attention to detail is meticulous, and she was always on call. Having lived in FL for several years she knows the place well, but also has the perspective of someone who has lived in several other states like TX, NC, NY, etc so she can empathize with people who are relocating to FL from other states and where people need help and support in making their decisions.

January 10th, 2014 Eileen was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, which was helpful as we were moving to Orlando from San Diego and needed extra long distance attention. Eileen is very familiar with the local market and the market trends of Orlando. Eileen did find us a home that we are very happy with but also assisted us with finding a good leader, home inspector, Title Company, insurance company, to insure our new home, a pool company to watch over our pool during the transition and much more! Eileen helped to make our move to Orlando very smooth!

March 17th, 2014 We contacted Eileen right before Christmas to help us start our home search after moving to a new state. She responded immediately and set up a meeting with us that week. After meeting multiple Realtors, we were most comfortable with Eileen not only because of her personality, but also because we felt very confident in her knowledge of the market in our area. We met to discuss our needs and we were off! She recommended types of homes, areas, and neighborhoods. After looking in person for only two days, we signed on our home! She was extremely helpful in the contract and financing period. She answered questions, followed up with people, and kept on top of us to get things done on time! Our entire closing process was extremely smooth and we knew exactly what was going on thanks to Eileen! Even now that we are all moved in, she has checked up on us and will be coming out to help us with the interior design of our new home! We would definitely recommend Eileen!

April 17th, 2013 Eileen Eskew has been the best Realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. She gave us pointers in helping the sale of our house in Indiana go faster. When we met with her to see houses in Daytona our time was limited and she had it all planned out and it went very smooth. We know without her help we wouldn't have been able to make this move.

April 17th, 2013 The care and attention to detail went beyond any other Realtor that we have worked with. Highly Knowledgeable, superior service. We have both sold & purchased property with Eileen. Our closings were efficiently and expertly done. We are out of State clients and she took care of our property, providing pool services, monitoring and even attending HOA meetings.

July 26th, 2013 Eileen was really on top of things. With her help, we were able to select a home and acquire a contract in about a week! She made the process easy and I would highly recommend her. While putting together the contract, she even included a provision that the seller would pay for a home warranty - not something we would have even considered on our own. We are happy we had the warranty because we had to repair the heat and a/c unit and we are thankful we had an agent who went above and beyond.
