It was a total pleasure working with Eileen. She came highly recommended by two sets of friends, and we had a terrific experience with her as well. She helped us buy a new home and then sell our current home, both of which were complicated transactions for a variety of reasons, and she guided us through the process with remarkable calm, good sense, and expertise. We appreciated her quick response time and clear communication skills, and also her sense of humor, her warmth, and her even-keeled temperament

We asked Eileen to assist us in finding a new home in Hancock Park. She found us an incredible home in a highly competitive market. She successfully worked through the bid process with us being the winning bidder, while making sure we did not overpay. During the actual sale, the Seller was quite difficult and she navigated us through the various challenges, allowing us to close on the house while still getting our needs met for the actual purchase. Always professional and a wonderful person, Eileen is a great asset to have on your side.

What I liked the most about Eileen was her utter professionalism and dedication. She was very helpful in arranging viewings and I felt I could rely on the information she gave me to be entirely accurate and unbiased.I don't live in Los Angeles but was searching for a property while here for 10 days. She made herself available during that period. Having located a property, Eileen was very good at walking me through the process of an offer and escrow once I was back home. Unfortunately, the sale wasn't completed. I have the feeling that Eileen really loves her work as her professional standard is so high. I would happily recommend Eileen to anyone searching for a home

I can not begin to explain how amazing Eileen Lanza is as a Realtor. She first assisted my husband and I in the purchase of our first house, in 2007. She made that terrifying process so much easier for us, with her expertise and outstanding responsiveness to every question we had. She really made the whole thing happen. Cut to nine years later... My husband and I made the decision to sell that very same house from ACROSS THE COUNTRY (FYI we had moved to NY in 2012, and rented the house out since the timing was not ideal for selling at that time - although Eileen sure did put in the effort for us!). I can not tell you how simple Eileen made this process for us. I thought for sure we'd have to get on a plane to deal with the sale at some point. Nope. Eileen did it all and made virtually painless for us, while helping us make a profit =)I can't thank you enough Eileen!!

I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I were to have worked with Eileen on helping us find (and close on!) our very first home here in LA.From the very beginning, she was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and she worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. She sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from her in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. People who would go out there way to pull ME aside and tell me how much they love working with Eileen. How often can you say that about your real estate agent?On top of everything else, Eileen guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides her sharp professionalism and attention to detail, she brought personality, humor and levity to every single day, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Eileen will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.

Eileen Lanza was hands down the best agent we could have worked with to find and buy our new home. She was there every step of the way helping us through a tough and unusual negotiation between us and a developer.
