Elaine Cawlfield

Elaine Cawlfield, owner of Villagree LLC, is a General Contractor and Real Estate Broker. As a lifetime Colorado resident and 6th generation Colorado Native, she has deep roots in the community. She has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. The distinct advantage of building your new home with Villagree is working with a builder who truly understands each client’s unique vision for their special home. As your Builder of choice, my goal is to create beautiful homes of timeless elegance. I am not focused on taking on a large number of projects each year, but rather a handful that are quite exceptional. With Villagree, our team has made a conscious decision to focus exclusively on excellence. It is extremely important for our team to have sufficient time to devote to each project, and then plan accordingly without having to rush or sacrifice quality. We want your home to be the envy of the neighborhood. Choose Villagree to design and build your next Masterpiece!
