Being an out-of-state owner, I was very worried about how to go about preparing my Wesley Chapel home to sell and get a good price for it. To my delight, we had a lot of buyer interest as soon as it was listed and I had a great offer 1 day later. Then came the stress. The inspection turned up several problems that had to be dealt with before the closing date. This is where Elaine's professionalism really shined through. She contacted the contractors needed to get the job done, met with them, and made sure that everything was ready so I didn't have to travel back to Florida till the closing date. Elaine did everything right and the sale closed as planned 30 days after it was listed. I will be using Elaine again when I return to Florida to buy another home, and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a great realtor!
