Elaine Stucy

I have been in the real estate industry since 1978, employed as general manager, then President of a small resort development company in the mid-west. I finished my corporate career as Vice President of a publicly traded resort development company. I hold a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, and did graduate work there as well. For many years my husband and I were partners in a chain of 38 restaurants as well as several commercial Real Estate developments. I have been a real estate broker in Colorado since 1995, first in commercial, but found my niche in residential and started my own firm in 2001. I can relate—I've owned a lot of houses and have moved many, many times! I live and specialize in the Castle Rock area, and am supported by a highly effective professional staff. I feel very lucky to wake up every morning excited to go to work in an industry that I love, serving a fantastic clientele – I hope you'll be among them.
