February 9, 2019To Whom it May Concern:I have known Elise Macaulay for several years now and can honestly call her a dear friend. I personally witnessed her selling her own Townhouse in NJ to relocate to CA back in 2017. As anyone knows, selling a home is a daunting prospect and requires enormous responsibility and meticulous resolve to get the job done. Elise did absolutely everything on her own in this process. From staging to showings, from advertising to open houses, she was a 1 woman operation. I was truly amazed by the amount of hard work that goes into selling your own home. Elise worked tirelessly and always with a smile on her face. She had a full-time job and still managed to sell her home in less than 3 months.I popped over a few times during her open houses, watched how she walked each potential buyer through the home and answered any and all questions they had for her. She was very kind and friendly with everyone. She even met with agents who had potential buyers for the property. She always remained professional, diligent and with the utmost integrity.I would recommend Elise to sell my home or anyone elses for that matter. She truly has a gift for selling homes. I believe all things big and small happen for a reason!!! As my Husband and I sat on our couch one Sunday afternoon, I am scrolling through facebook ...lo and behold a post from Elise!!!! The house posted was totally our style, and best of all in our budget!!! ....we noticed there was an open house in 30 minutes..... We arrive, and we are greeted by Elise with such warmth... we walked through the home, and instantly fell in Love! Not only with the house but with Elise, who we promptly promoted to OUR agent... :) WE WANTED THIS HOUSE! We are so thankful for the knowledge, helpfulness and kindness that Elise provided to us from the very minute we set foot in the door. She knew this home was for us, and ensured that she did everything in her power to help us in the purchase of our very first home together as a married couple.
