Home shopping in the past has taken weeks and weeks! Being in San Antonio and looking for a home in Fort Worth--I thought would take a long while!Without much pre-planning, I scheduled a Saturday and Sunday to come up and check some places out with Elise Sessions. Elise was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during showings, she was very easy to work with and accommodating with my crazy schedule. Even when Elise was unavailable Mickey went out of her way to help me. Elises experience proved exceptionally valuable when a plumbing issue was found during an inspection. She was able to work with the selling agent and ended up securing concessions of over $50,000 which included a new plumbing system, foundation repairs with an engineers report and a brand new roof.
