Elisha Walters

We loved working with Elisha! We told her what we qualified for but she never went to the top of our budget, she made sure to show us homes that were well under our budget but still would gain a ton of equity as the market rebounded (this was back in December of 2010). She isn't in it for the money, she is in it to help people make a huge life decision. We plan on moving now that we have outgrown our first home, and Elisha will be the one we call to sell our home!

I reached out to Elisha to help me find a condominium to buy. I thought maybe it would be too small of a project for her but she welcomed me with open arms. From the very moment we talked about what I was looking for, price, etc. she was all in. No matter what step of the process, I knew I could call her and ask anything and she would give me the answer or find out for me. She met me for walk throughs and showings at my convenience, which was at later hours most times. Elisha is very professional yet very personal at the same time. I was happy do business with her and ecstatic the day she handed me the keys to my own home!! I will look to her for all my future real estate needs as well as recommending her to friends and family.

Elisha is so good at what she does, she explains the process in such a well manner and always answers any questions at any time in the day. She is very informative and does very well to update you with new information. She makes the whole process of buying or selling your home so stress free! She does not rush you into anything you don’t want to do and always looking out for your best interest. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

Mrs. Walters had the task of helping me find a home. She was always professional, kind, obliging, and dedicated a great deal of time working with me to try to find the proper fit. When I showed interest, Mrs. Walters was right on top of beginning the bidding process. Unfortunately, circumstances changed in such a way that I could no longer qualify for a purchase. If I am ever in the position to purchase again, Mrs. Walters would be my go to agent.

Elisha helped us buy our first home. When we were ready to move again, she listed and sold our home while helping us find our dream home. She made the process as smooth as possible and worked so hard to get us into our perfect house. I couldn’t recommend her more!
