Elizabeth was very easy to talk to during the stress of our move. She helped us work through the negotiations, always calm and reassuring. Lory Hosack was always available to answer questions and provide copies of paperwork we needed. They were both prompt and respectful to work with. HOWEVER, what really stands out is how Elizabeth helped us AFTER she closed the sale. We were unable to get into our house right away and she offered to take our cat and dog to the office for a few hours so they would not be stuck in a the hot car. The following day I texted Elizabeth to let her know that our 17 year old cat had escaped from the house when the movers were there. Elizabeth came over to my house immediately (in the midst of what was a very busy day for her) to look for the cat. When she couldnt find her, she went to her office and made fliers for our lost cat, returned to my neighborhood, and drove my daughter around to put a flier in every mailbox! The cat came home the next morning J. To me, those actions went WAY above and beyond the duties of a realtor. Elizabeth is very special person who Im now happy to call my friend.
