We felt so very cared for, Liz is a combination of personable and professional. We had a long-distance partnership as we lived in Northern California and only had the opportunity to make a couple of trips down to actually look at homes with Liz. Our communication was very much through phone and text, but when it got down to actually putting ink to paper, Liz was there for support and ready to answer all of our questions.

She has helped us in getting top dollar for difficult properties, and has helped me locate and purchase some good rental properties as well. Her attention to detail is spot on, and she has gained my trust with her style, determination, and results-driven approach to the market. The search for a new home is never easy, especially if you are not familiar with the area. I needed help from someone who was not only VERY familiar with the region, but had a 'go-getter' attitude that could expedite my transition. Along with her associate, Laura (and Lauren in the office) I was able to see many different neighborhoods, as well as homes, that allowed me to 'get the feel' of my new area. Since I'm not the most patient home buyer, I appreciated Liz's enthusiasm and her knowledgeable guidance...I was able to close in record time!

Wow, so glad I found the best Agent in the area when I was looking for a home. Liz is a well rounded professional that knows the area and treats you like you are her only client. She was super responsive every time I had questions or wanted to set up an appointment to see properties(in a low supply environment, time is critical!) and always on time. When finding properties of interest, she showed great attention to detail when inspecting the properties for any defects and in negotiations. Even after my deal was complete, she was still happy to answer questions and help with retrieving information that I didn't have from Escrow. On top of all this, she is a super nice lady that genuinely cares about her clients. She runs her own office with a very competent and professional team. If she is with other clients and can't respond personally, her team will right away. It's very hard to find service providers (in any industry) that have the commitment to customer care and satisfaction like Liz and her team have demonstrated in my property purchase.
