I am not the person to write or submit reviews. The exception is for Liz Kenneally at Century 21. She is an extreme professional, sweet, and so easy to work with. As a business man, one of the things that impressed me about Liz is is her negotiation skills, patience and cool under pressure. She looks for a win-win even though at times we were just being one sided. Liz reminded us it’s a sellers’ market with properties selling quickly at or little above asking price in the area we wanted to buy. Whatever we weren’t familiar with, Liz simplified it so we felt comfortable and understood the transaction. We were financing our property and had heard of horror stories from others about the intense delays and problems they experienced to close on the purchase of their property. We were uncomfortable about using unknowns such as loan officers, closing agents, home inspector, etc. Nevertheless, what prompted me to write this review is that Liz has a network of people to assure her clients purchase goes smoothly and closes on time. No matter what time of the day or day of the week, Liz and her network were available to us and each other to coordinate, resolve to close on time. We closed in 30 days. I highly recommend Liz.

I wasn't working with any agent and I told Liz I didn't want to commit to any one. She stated she understood, nevertheless, she was relentless in keeping in touch with me. Finally, in one of her phone calls, Liz asked me if she was working hard to get my business ? I said yes, of course. Then she stated, "Imagine, what I am capable of doing in finding and negotiating for you in a tough and competitive Miami market." That clinched it ! There are few properties available for sale and lots of buyers out there. Liz is a real professional, true to her word, transparent, hard worker, knows the ins and outs of the market, negotiator to the max and so easy-going. Liz is a take charge person, likes to manage the process to assure the buying experience with lender, insurance, home inspector, appraiser and closing agent runs as well-oiled machine. There was a hiccup with a surveyor and an open permit issue and boy she was on top of it and had it resolved. The owner of the property even complimented me for having Liz as my Realtor. Wow!
