We worked closely with Liz to buy our house. As a first time home buyer, we relied on her expertise to guide us through the market and the home buying process.During the course of our search, we looked at numerous properties through various neighborhoods. Liz was always open to showing us more properties and to working with us to find the perfect home for us. She was also our confidant during a stressful negotiating process - always willing to provide her advise but never putting any pressure to decide one way or another.Liz went above and beyond what we expected of her. She helped us during the home search by providing feedback on the construction quality and materials used. Towards the end of the process, when the lending company reneged on a negotiated discount, Liz even gave us a discount out of her commission to close the deal. Even after the deal was closed, Liz offered help from her husband to repair a piece of flooring in one of the rooms. When the sellers didn't pick up some old appliances that they left in the garage, Liz paid to have those appliances hauled away.We are so grateful to Liz for all that she did for us.
