Liz did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me find the right house at the right price in a highly sought after neighborhood of Annapolis... She and her team were always available and did many things to assist me being an out of town buyer like opening the house to tradesman and inspectors that I needed to begin immediately to turn the property around for rental. My wife and I have worked with Liz and her team to help us move to Annapolis. I am from the Maryland area but really didn't know all of the different areas that were closer to the Annapolis area. They were extremely patient with our findings as we changed our minds many times throughout the buying process. Since my wife and I were only going to use the residence 6 months out of the year, initially we wanted something downtown that we could possibly rent out. After many hours of research, we felt this was not the best path for us and with the help of Liz we found an amazing house approximately 10 mins from downtown and VERY close to the water (right across the street) which was very important for us. This year was also EXTREMELY difficult due to the unforeseen circumstances and complexities with COVID. There was a tone of uncertainty and then the market was absolutely bonkers with the lack of inventory.
