Elizabeth is just very personable. I had prior mortgage experience so for me, we clicked on a different level and were able to really communicate on the process. We were in a position that we had to use the builder's lender and they didn't communicate at all. I was constantly following up with them whereas Elizabeth either called or emailed daily to make sure our closing process was moving along and made sure we met any loan approval deadlines. I don't have enough kind words to say about her. She's not the type of person that just shows up to closing to collect her check. She honestly cares!
