Elke von Oertzen began her career with one of the leading real estate companies in Wiesbaden, Germany after completing a three-year apprenticeship. She then went on to work directly with a pre-eminent architect in Germany and multiple developers, giving her thorough insight into the design and construction process and an appreciation for the real estate process. In 1988, Elke decided to connect all the pieces and opened her own real estate company.
