- Ellie helped me buy a home
My wife and I worked with Ellie to purchase our first home and we could not have asked for a better person and partner to help us with this process! Ellie made sure we were extremely well informed on all the details and nuances of the process from beginning to end. She moved quickly to set appointments and get as much details as possible from sellers to help us make an informed decision. We also have to give big kudos to Ellie for her communication as she's always very quick to respond and makes sure we have all the information we need. Her analysis of the neighborhoods and comps helped us feel confident when it came time to submit an offer. We were lucky to be able to close on the house we wanted and Ellie was there every step of the way during the closing process. The craziness of the market made us think we might not be able to really find something right for us and be able to actually close on a house but we are very thankful that Ellie was in our corner. We have already recommended her highly to friends and family. Thank you Ellie!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Ellie! We were moving to Raleigh, NC from New York City and due to time constraints and the lease we were under approaching expiration, we could only make to visits to Raleigh to hunt for a place to rent. We got connected with Ellie and she showed us multiple properties during our 2 visits. She listened to us, she considered that we didnt know the are to well and she provided us guidance and we felt like we were able to trust her. We were coming to Raleigh looking to start a family in a safe and quiet place, and I feel that Ellie did a great job finding that type of place for us, even though we put her under a time crunch. I really look forward to one day working with Ellie when we begin looking to purchase a home!

Her knowledge of the market, how to competitively price my property, attract buyers, negotiate the sale, communicate with myself and the buyer’s agent, the closing process, etc made the sale so much less stressful than I expected. Ellie provided a personal touch by handling certain details to make my experience easier and seamless. She was professional, available and followed through on every detail. I highly recommend her service if you are buying or selling. She will work to get you the best deal, or put you in touch with someone who can. She did so in the first 2 days of her asking if she could help and gathering our needs. Better than that, she snagged one on the very first morning of it's listing, putting us first in line. We also used Ellie to sell our home. I have to say she promised the world, but delivered the stars. Her advice for pricing, timing, coming soon, marketing etc were fantastic! In a rougher market a virtual tour may have been a welcome addition, but even without it Ellie managed to blow our highest expectations out of the water. She presented all offers in an easy to digest grid view while highlighting strengths and weakness' of each along the way. She made a very competitive multi-offer scenario easy to navigate. When our first buyers fell through due to issues on their side, Ellie swooped back in again to get us another accepted offer within 3 days at over 98% of the original offer with absolutely no additional drama on our part. While I'm sure Ellie has a full life, you wouldn't know it by how quickly she responds. I felt like I was her only client as she always got back to us quickly and with a well researched answer!
