He managed one of my properties in MD. In over 30 years of owning rental properties, he was the one and only poor manager, in my view. No regular accounting was provided, and 1099s were only issued late and on ly upon my requests. He never raised concerns about frequent, multiple, and costly repairs except reluctantly upon my request or not at all, in my view. Lastly, he assured me that the tenant had taken care of utilities, so the security deposit was returned, when that was not the case at all, making me as the owner responsible.

Elliot represented us on the buyer side during a very challenging market for buyers. I found him to be a good communicator/listener, very responsive, and respectful when offering his opinion. I never felt pressured to submit an offer. He was proactive in sending us leads, always eager to bounce ideas off of us, and helped us jump back into the market when we were feeling discouraged (this was during late 2020/early 2021 when home prices started skyrocketing, most houses had multiple offers and were selling for 20-50% above asking price). He stuck with us until we found a home, and helped us have a very smooth settlement. In addition to being a professional and knowledgeable, he is also a genuinely good guy to be around. We are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend Elliot to our friends.
