Ellwood was quick to respond if I texted or emailed at odd times with “I need to see this house as soon as possible,” which I think, made a difference in us being able to buy our dream home. He also put us into contact with a fantastic mortgage loan originator. Once we were under contract, Ellwood and his transaction coordinator kept the closing process running smoothly and relatively pain free. From time of contract to close was just 26 days. Overall, I highly recommend Ellwood Reid as your agent. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, in your corner, and professional, without making you feel like you’re competing for his time.
