Pick her name up based on recent sales in my community and decided to give it a shot. Bad judgment on my side. Previous reviews read by me I believe now are questionable after my experience. I’ve listed 3 properties with her and sold 2 just to get stuck in communication issues with her on my last one. I question her knowledge in price and comps as well since her suggested price was 25% less than what property sold for on my second listing. I was asking her to do something for me and she just ignored me or even worse, she did not understand my request or communication. She did not hold any open house for any of my listings, no advertising that I was aware of and no other effort to sell except being listed on the MLS. Most of the time she was rude and unprofessional when referring to my wife’s knowledge of real estate although my wife passed all her exams required for a real estate agent and I’m an investor for over 20+ years. When asked about listing progress she became confrontational sending screenshots of unavailable days blocked due to my Airbnb bookings. She motivated her lack of work due to my fault of making the property available. Wrong, wrong and wrong! Not true at all. House is a vacation rental currently and was booked through the summer and available for showings every day with my consent so I could communicate with the guest prior to her showing up on the front door. She miss understands basic communication and makes the process a lot more difficult than it should be. When asked to finally remove my listing she motivates Broker owes the listing and she can’t do anything about it but I can refuse showings and it will expire.. She refused to ask broker to remove my listing. Worst experience ever and do not recommend her service to anyone. Please stay away and you will thank me later.
