Emilia Crespo

It was great. We had an open house that Sunday and she showed up with tea, coffee, and snacks for anyone who came in to see our place. She made all guest feel at home and had a contract that same night. Buying was just as easy. Kept us on our toes every time a new home came on the market

Emilia did a wonderful job answering all of my wife and Is questions. She advised with valuable insights as we purchased our dream home! She also was able to position our home to sell in 14 days. She has a good eye for knowing what Buyers want to see, and what Sellers need to do to gain the most value from their home. She is highly recommend

HIGHLY LIKELY TO RECOMMENDEmilia and team were an absolute pleasure to work with! She provided the right insights for me to make the best decision for my family. We purchased a home with her and we could not be happier! Additionally, she helped us list our other home and after quite a soft market, ended up getting us more than our mortgage for rent. It couldn't have been a better decision for us! She is always honest with her guidance and I knew I was in the BEST of handsS.HowellSingle Family Home 2018
