Emily was absolutely fantastic to work with. It was my first time buying a home and she made it feel so easy. She knows exactly what she is talking about and how to gain an accepted offer! She listened to my wants and needs for my home and help me picture a life in each home she showed me. When it came time to put an offer in, I listen to what she suggested with the contract and BOOM we had an accepted offer on the FIRST home I place one on. With this crazy market currently, that’s almost unheard of. Her knowledge, communication and presence brings a calmness and excitement to the process that’s indescribable. Emily and Derrick are AWESOME! They were able to sell our home in the matter of a few weeks and made looking at potential homes fun! Wife and I were particular in what we wanted but that didnt stop them. They worked around our schedule and being that they are a team makes them available almost all the time for when the potential home pops up that you might wanna jump on quickly, which is how we got our dream place! Only on the market for 7 hours and our offer was accepted! We had some unexpected bumps along the way but choosing them to help us in this process was an awesome decision looking back! They truly went above and beyond! Thank you both dearly!
