The negotiation process was quick and successful due to the skills of this team and by the time we were heading to the airport we had an accepted offer. They were there for us every step of the way handling things we couldn't, being out of state. The day we moved into our hew home, there was a case of water in the fridge (big hit with the moving team), Camp chairs for the whole family so we had somewhere to sit and a beautiful welcome present. What more can I say? They are one of a kind and a great asset to Lubbock and the real estate community.
