Emily Phillips

I’m a 3rd generation Realtor that has had the privilege in working for a family business that has been helping our clients and serving our community since 1972. We are located within Downtown Clermont, in the same building since our doors first opened 40 years ago. We currently manage over 125 residential properties in South Lake County and our inventory continues to grow. Being a Florida native and living in Clermont for over 30 years, my familiarity and knowledge of the area as well as the market is a valuable asset when assisting our clients/customers. It's my personal goal to see Rocker Realty, Inc. continue to be a positive presence in the community, to be involved in the community, and to help new “Clermontians” see that this is a great town to be a part of.
