Very helpful and professional, he actually listens to what you want to do (unlike other Realtors I have worked with). He sold a property for me, and dealt well with an unprofessional buyer's realtor. Another time he represented me in purchasing a house, and again was excellent. Also I had priced around and his full commission was a bit lower that most other Realtors, so top notch service at the best price.
