Emmitt Combs

Very professional. Great to work with, I would refer to anyone.

On January 13, my Fiance and I had the opportunity to attend a home buyers workshop hosted by Emmitt Combs and his amazing team. They were very professional and most importantly very informational. We ready! 5 Stars

Helped us find the right home and closed the deal quickly.

I attended 1st time homebuyers workshop. The workshop was very enlightening and offered efficient information that most companies dont give. I would definitely attend any workshop presented by Emmit Combs company and his Team of individuals . They all represent great strength in empowering homeowners to be.

Emmitt is a great real estate agent. He is professional and prompt with responses and appointments. He listed our home for sale earlier this year; we were under contract in a week, and closed 1.5 months later at 98.5% of the list price. We were thrilled that Emmitt understood our local market, and wasn't scared to push for a higher value just because our home was in a "bad" zip code.We have since used him to purchase an investment property this month, and we will continue to use him to buy and sell in the future. We really appreciate Emmitt's patience and willingness to talk through different scenarios with us. We would definitely recommend Emmitt to anyone who is looking to sell or buy!
