He possesses a Mortgage Broker license and is a Certified Loss Mitigation Consultant. Erek actively purchases and sells properties in the tri-county area. He regularly emails over 1500 Active investors and presents at local real estate groups. He has an extensive real estate investment education including courses on Creative Finance, Negotiation, Real Estate Law, Real Estate Tax, 1031 Exchange, Land Trusts, Options, Loss Mitigation, Leases, Short Sales, Marketing, Estate Planning and Business Entity Structuring, from renowned instructors including Jack Miller, Peter Fortunato and Dyches Boddiford.
