My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Eren. When we first connected, I was skeptical that we could find another home that we loved as much as our first home. I had several phone conversations with Eren about what we were looking for (which, by the way, were all over the place in terms of location, style, etc.). He then started putting together lists of places that might interest us.Eren and I met multiple times to look at homes and he never tried to persuade me one way or another with each house. He was very forthright and honest, which I appreciated more than he probably knows. I never felt like I was being pressured into considering a home that wasn't what I wanted. Eren was very patient with us as we worked through the process and was there to answer literally every question we had. He always responded quickly and I never had to wait long to get the answers I needed about homes or the buying process. I truly want to emphasize that he was available to us 24/7 and never made us feel guilty about contacting him all hours of the day. My husband and I had so many questions during the process and Eren not only answered all of them in depth, but calmed our fears and our nerves (buying a home is a huge step!). When we found the home we loved, Eren negotiated perfectly for us. He was always our advocate in all negotiations, and even after we closed on the house, he answered our questions about general homeownership! I still feel like I can pick up my phone and Eren will be available to help us however we need.On top of all of this, we had so much fun with Eren! He is such a friendly person and we had a great time working together. I cannot recommend Eren enough as a realtor. I guarantee you will have the best experience with him. Eren has been awesome throughout our the whole process of buying a house, he was very knowledgeable and responsive. Would answer any questions we had within minutes of messaging. He got things done that the seller was supposed to do but Didnt. I highly recommend going through Eren when purchasing a home
