I found Eric on line when I was looking for properties in the White Bear Lake area. He immediately started sending me listings of WBL possibilities and expanded to the surrounding areas. When I decided to limit the listings, he promptly changed the profile so I would get only the appropriate homes in the areas I wanted. He invited us to meet with him and Joy, so they could better understand what we liked and gave us a complete overview of all the areas with both new construction and existing homes. We appreciated his energy and grasp of what our needs were. He has a very good knowledge of the technology needed for installations of all the electronics which was extremely helpful.
