Eric is awesome! He helped us sell our El Dorado Hills turnkey suburban home so we could buy our dream 5acre property with a multi-generational setup nearby in Placerville. (Luneman Area). It was by happenstance that we meet him. Thanks to Zillows "book a showing" feature and he happen to be the suggested agent that day. We meet that evening and the rest is history. We initially went with Eric since he is local and his straight forward approach to getting our house on the market so we could secure our dream property right away. Eric was able to see the vision we had and instantly understood what we were going for. I definitely recommend choosing a local agent who is raising a family nearby when selling in El Do Hills/Folsom area. It came in very handy for our sale since a lot of potential buyers were not from the area. Eric was very knowledgable when it came to questions about schools, amenities and local lifestyle. Who better to promote the area when they live it. :) Eric's calm and informative demeanor definitely was appreciated while navigating through our transactions. My husband appreciated that he was a straight shooter and I appreciated that he was very commutative. By the end of our transactions, Eric was practically part of the family lol! We are staying in touch so he can see how the renovations on the ranch are coming along. Eric definitely comes highly recommended.
