What can I say? I absolutely love my job! To be successful in real estate your going to need to be a team player. The ability to get everyone to the closing table is a group effort. Buyer, seller, lender, attorney, paralegal, insurance agent and others will all play a part in a successful sale. When I first started out I was told by my broker Dave Jones - “your not selling houses, your building relationships” That advice has proved to be 100% true. I don’t work for my clients, I work with them. I do not “sell them a house,” I team up and achieve goals. Give me a motivated client to work with, and we can not be stopped.
