Eric is very prompt and responsive when I contact him or have questions. He is very flexible and open to all areas of the Twin Cities and made time for me at all times of the week. He is very patient and cares more about what I was looking for rather than getting me just to buy. He knows a lot about different areas of the twin cities real estate market. I really didnt know what I was looking and Eric took the time and energy to educate me about all the different options that are out there: condo, townhomes, duplexes, single family homes, etc. Eric definitely makes you a priority and gives 110% in helping you through the process.
