Eric and Dan were awesome! They both helped us buy and sell a home and were incredible both sides of the process. We got our home sold in under a month! They handled all the coordination with the photographer, inspectors, etc. and even helped us find a great contractor for some work we needed done on our new home. I can't recommend these guys enough.

We had had our properties listed for sale before with different realtors, with no luck at all. Did a professional job throughout the process. We were selling my deceased father's home. More involved with an estate sale. Eric walked us through and got more money for the home than I expected. Eric stayed in contact with all of us in a timely manner. I would recommend him and Dan!
