We are a family agency that you get two for the price of one. Dani does staging and Photography that is included in the package and Eric comes from a background in Selling Real Estate for a builder that was throughout the world and has awards as Rookie of the year highest conversion rate and highest sales for multiple years in the US. Our passion did not allow for the family time that we wanted and we decided to put our talents together and create a better family life. Eric's education in Landscaping and design also helps with staging light landscaping and getting the property in pristine condition. Our previous Agents we used to buy multiple homes we found disconnected and lazy. Simply putting a sign in the ground and that was it. Hence came the name and Idea. There could be no better Family agency that can understand your familys needs better then we can.
