Mr. Gross was a very ineffective listener. He is not forthcoming about the status and/or availability from what he Showed a. I found him to be inconsistent and did not meet my needs and wasted a lot of time Showing Property'sthat did Not match the criteria we sought and decidedto Buy from a from a DIFFERENT Realtor and Realestate Company do to his lack of effort. The 2nd Realty Company and Realtor found us our Dream Home simply and efficiently and put forth a lot of effort withnegotiation a FAIR price that was realistic. F- Realtor. Don't have your time and money wasted and just go to Plan B: a Better Realtor who has YOUR best interests at heart Not just a sales commission.
