They are never slow to respond to any silly question you have and they truly help streamline the sale while maximizing the bottom line! Brett, Eric & team are amazing! We had a different plan in mind to sell our house but one meeting with them instantly showed their impressive knowledge of the industry, market & how professional they are. Brett went above and beyond for us repeatedly throughout the entire process. He got our house sold in 3 days and made sure every deadline was hit, regardless if it was his responsibility or not. As a home inspector, I have had the pleasure of working with the Hansen Home Team for many years. Eric and Brett are very professional, hardworking, efficient and all-around nice people and their clients are well taken care of. When either my wife, who is my administrative assistant, or myself interact with the clients of the HHT, it is evident that they have been informed of the home buying process and have a good idea of what to expect throughout the process. As a business owner who is required to communicate multiple times with the HHT during a transaction, their communication and flexibility is excellent. As a real estate agent, I work with many fellow agents in my day-to-day life. I see a variety of different ways of helping people with the important process of buying & selling real estate. My parents recently decided to sell their home in Marshall and purchase closer to Madison. I am licensed here in Minnesota so I am not able to directly assist them. I went about researching different agents and conducting phone interviews. I was blown away by Eric's attention to detail and process. He is one of the more impressive agents that I have come across and that is why I trusted him to help my parents. He certainly did not let me and my family down! We have been working with the Hansen Home Team since 2015 and have made many modifications to our search criteria over the years. There was never any push-back or frustration on the length of our search or how picky we were about things. Even after business hours, we would be texting or on the phone discussing houses we've looked at, opportunities, and planned a lot of last-minute showings within hours from when the houses hit the market. At the closing, we were joking around about how many houses we've seen and they were always very professional. My own personal reason for posting this is the attitude and service they provided. I felt comfortable asking for their opinions on things and didn't feel rushed into something we didn't want.

And when you are finally ready to close the deal, they will be by your side, organized and ready to deal with anything from minor hiccups to the very rare disaster. I wouldn't work with anyone else!
