Eric Hoak

Eric was born and raised in Sioux City. He attended College at Northern Iowa where he was a member of the swim team. Upon graduation, he worked in Indianapolis for two years. He then returned home to run the family dealership, Hoak Motors, which he did until the company was sold in 2012. At that time, he accepted a position as high school swim coach and began studying for a real estate career. He is excited to be working in this fast paced field and ready to go to work for you. Eric and his wife, Kelly, have two children, Grace and Owen. They are Morningside residents where they are active in many community activities. Eric is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
