We have purchased 2 homes so far with Eric, each under unique conditions. Eric was able to negotiate terms for each that I am not certain other realtors would have been successful with. He rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations during the closing process for each property. He made himself available to us day or night, with very quick response times. This is extremely important when trying to secure a property in Denvers booming real estate market- a slow response time from a realtor can ruin your chances at securing your dream home! I have worked with several agents in the last, but never one like Eric. He is eager to help and incredibly responsive.
