Eric Kabbara

Eric began his career in real estate in 2004 as an appraiser trainee, completing hundreds of residential appraisals across Southern California and ultimately reaching the “Certified Appraiser” level. Transitioning to brokerage, he acquired his salesperson license focusing on residential and commercial sales and loan origination. Eric secured his broker license in 2007 and went on to found California Standards, Inc, a thriving real estate enterprise with a comprehensive range of services. His strategic vision led to the establishment of multiple successful brands statewide including United Realty Group, California Standards Realty & Financial, United Capital Escrow, A Non-Independent Broker Escrow, and many others.
