Eric is very experienced in real estate, very good at researching the neighborhood and it's precious sales, and included that research in our proposal for our new home that helped us negotiate a price well below list which saved us thousands. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Very personal and attentive. Very caring, in fact; it felt like he was buying the home with you. If something isn't right he fixes it or gets someone who can. Don't walk, run to this agent. There are not many like him.

I first contacted Eric in 2015. He communicated with us for the next year. When we decided to sell we compared two agents. While both were good in activity, we decided on Eric. It was an excellent choice.Eric supplied us with the usual data for setting price but had extra insight into the market. This was an immense help to us. He was always attentive to our needs, easy to contact, willing to work with our repair persons and home sitter(we live in CA, home in NV), and sold our house within 2 months with stiff market competition for our model at a satisfactory price. He also made a fast escrow happen since we had a time target. He met the target and was a few days early.Eric is the best agent we have had and we have bought and sold at least 15 homes in the last 40 years. Eric is 10 Stars at least in a five star rating system.

Down to earth and honest. Diligent and dedicated. Treats you more like a close friend then a client, always looking out for your best interests. I would recommend Eric in a heartbeat. Especially for those purchasing a home from out of town. For example, I was purchasing a home in Las Vegas from Ohio. He would routinely visit a home for me, and give a "FaceTime" tour of the property and give his honest reviews of what he sees. He was very patient with me when 2 of the deals fell through, and did not miss a beat in keeping me moving forward to the next potential home.

I feel extremely lucky (blessed, actually) to have found and retained Eric Ludvigsen as my realtor. Eric listed and sold my single-family home AND helped me down-size to the townhome of my dreams! This process would have been much more difficult and stressful had it not been for Eric. What made him so outstanding was his willingness to really listen to me and to understand just what I WAS and WASN'T looking for. He went way above and beyond the call of "typical realtor duties," in that he accompanied me to various vendors and appointments, and even met contractors at my new townhome if I couldn't be there because of work constraints. I've been in my new townhome for about a month and I couldn't be happier. Eric has even contacted me several times since my move just to see how things are going.
