Diane and Eric were great to work with! They were so knowledgeable in the market we were in. They were in constant contact with us so we weren't guessing on where we stood with anything, great response time. Offered feedback when asked, we always felt they were professional. My Wife and I are incredibly satisfied with The Marshall Team. This was NOT an easy transaction, for all parties involved and for various different reasons. Amidst a worldwide pandemic, which resulted in my Wife being put on furlough (which then lead to financing issues) & little traffic through our home (again mostly due to COVID, and Eric adjusting to life at home with twins, The Marshall Team did not waiver one bit. In addition to the aforementioned challenges, admittedly, I'm not always the easiest person to work with, as I'm in the sales industry and hold myself and others to a very high standard. I'm a lot more involved in the process than most buyers & I believe The Marshall Team did a fabulous job pivoting and adjusting to my personality and needs.
