Eric is a second generation Colorado springs native with a wealth of knowledge of neighborhoods and communities. He is Residential Construction Certified, New Home Sales Specialist and Certified Investment Agent Specialist. He takes time to really understand his clients needs and goals and works to educate them on the home buying and selling process. He enjoys spending time with his clients and developing long term relationships with them. Eric graduated from Colorado State University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Restaurant and Resort Management. He walked on the Colorado State Football team in the years 1995-1997. Eric enjoys golfing, camping, attending pro sporting events, spending time with family, friends and his yellow lab Trigger.
